Light A Series


These bending machines enable the bending of metal sheets whose thickness goes from 1 to 3,5 mm and whose useful length goes from 500 to 2000 mm.
The pinching of the sheet metal between the lower roll and the top roll is carried out through the use of a manual lever.
Raising and lowering of the side roll are controlled by hand through the use of a hand-wheel. The position of the side roll determines the bending radius.
The rotation of the two central rolls is motorized and controlled through a foot-pedal control, while the side roll is idler.
The 3 rolls are equipped with grooves that can bend flanged metal sheets and iron bars.
The side roll can be tilted by means of a toothed coupling, this allows the formation of conical pieces thanks to a specific tool.
In order to extract the final piece, the top roll can be released and opened horizontally.

On these machines, we have already included the motorized bending roll and hardened rolls as well. Coning option still available.
